He has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation and land use matters including litigating contested commercial foreclosures. Mr. Winter handles condemnation matters related to foreclosed property and litigates complex environmental and commercial matters. During the course of his career he has litigated TILA and RESPA issues and has advanced lender’s rights in a multi-lender commercial enterprise.
