Rosemary Culcasi has over fourteen years of general real estate experience, including the representation of lenders in connection with the sale of bank owned real estate assets and in the disposition of secured property through the short sale process. She represents individuals and entities in the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties and has been responsible for all phases of real estate transactions from contract negotiation through closing. She has extensive experience in reviewing title and resolving title defects. She also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with all aspects of financing, landlords and tenants with regard to commercial and residential leases and community associations and cooperatives throughout New Jersey.
